One of our sustainably CSR programme is Adis School. Adis school (originally named Nike School) was an Adis – Nike join establishment, founded on 1999. The objective was to help and contribute to our local sorrounding communities in which they need to complete or upgrade their basic education to lift up their quality of life. Drop out students, buskers, street childrens, even our own employees who hasn’t completed their formal education were among who came in to study in. On July 2009, the Nike School is fully managed by PT. Adis Dimension Footweare and the school's name was changed to Adis School. Until nowadays, Adis School has been established for 17 years and graduated 587of students. Students who join Adis School is free of charge. In addition to formal education, Adis School also taught other useful skills for their life such as farming and raising. Suitable planting was done in Adis School yard. Results of farming was distributed to all the students to take it home or to sell it. Other thing which been taughted is fish cultivating. Results of fish cutivating also distributed to students. Each in every years, students was also invited to take an outside tour which aims to experience an “out of school“ learning activity as well to provide fun and recreaction.
