In 2013, PT. Adis Dimension Footwear start partnership with Universitas Pramita Indonesia (UNPRI) to give educational facilities for employee who want to get their bachelor degree or master degree. The teaching activity of bachelor degree havae been using the Classic room of PT. Adis Dimension Footwear and scheduled in Saturday start 08.00 AM until 03.30 PM. Every meeting for every week consist of 2 college credits or maximum 3 credits. This educational college activity is provide for every level of employee who work at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear who is willing to get their bachelor or master degree.
Class for master degree is done at PT. Asia Dwimitra Industri (sister company) which scheduled as night class. As for now, total of the graduate student for bachelor degree is 102 students from 3 wave and total 42 students still doing their study. Meanwhile, the total employee who doing their master degree since 2015 is 14 students.
