Management Trainee of PT. Adis Dimension Footwear consist of two stages which is:
1. 3 months MT Program
The goals of this program is to build Skill, Knowledge & Attitude
2. 6 months On Job Training (OJT) Program
After pass 3 Months of MT program, the candidate’s status will be upgraded into permanent employee then continuing into 6 months of OJT Program. The goals of this program is to create Brave, Optimistic and Competent candidates.

Requirement :
1.Minimum bachelor degree of all majors (Preferably Engineering Major)
2.Fresh graduate of 1 year of experience
3.Minimum GPA 3.00
4.Excellent in English command
5.Willing to be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang

Note: 1) We will open the booth at UGM Career day, Saturday – Sunday, February 29 – March 1, 2020
2) The candidates who pass administration selection will be invited to attend the next selection stage through email or SMS.
3) All the selection process will be held for at least 5 days in Yogyakarta, (Start from February 29th – March 5, 2020). The location for the process will inform through sms/email.
