It is almost been 2 months since Lombok have been crushed by an earthquake. To show our respect and caring for all the people going through this, PT. Adis Dimension Footwear perform “Live Music PT. Adis Peduli Lombok”. this Live music program is a fund raising conducted for 3 days (31 August untill 4 September 2018). This fund raising carried out three times in one day locate in front of Library Adis 1 and Jam Gadang Adis 2 at 07.00 – 07.30 AM, 11.30 – 01.00 PM, and 04.00 – 05.00 PM. In addition to increase the fund, we also held medical checkup services such as blood sugar, bones, cholesterol, gout, and eyes check.With this event and services, we hope that employees can enjoy the live music, checking their health while helping peoples in Lombok.
The total amount of money we receive though this 4 days long fund raising are Rp. 44.330.000. This fund collected will allocate for the construction of Integrated Community Shelter (ICS) and oher facilities. ICS is is a temporary housing for earthquake victims. The total fund used for each facilities are:
1. One Shelter House = 22.5 million (size 3 x 4.75 m)
2. Emergency MCK = 5 million (size 1.2 m x 1.8 m)
3. Clean Water Distribution = 15 million (5,000 Liters, for 900-1,000 people)
4. Operational costs = Rp. 330.000
5. Public Facilities = 1.5 million (for health services and public kitchens)
Beside of the fund we receive from this event, we also receive other goods or products such as 13 boxes and 12 sacks of Natura, jackets, clothes, blankets, bed covers, instant noodles, diapers, and baby equipment. For the distributions, PT. Adis Dimension Footwear is collaborate with ACT (Aksi Cepat Tanggap). PT. Adis Dimension Footwear visited and handed over the fund and the goods to help Lombok through the IHC-ACT Warehouse. It is beyond our expectation that ACT handled this Lombok Earthquake very professional. IHC logistic Warehouse location is easy to reach, and they have also good and completed administration and documentation. We hope this help which are given by the employees of PT.
