The OSH team at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear is part of the Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) department within the Sustainability and Facility Support division. The OHS team implements a set of practices designed to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of workers in the workplace. These practices include policies, procedures, and regulations aimed at preventing accidents, injuries, and occupational diseases.

A Zero Accident Award is an honor or recognition given to companies, organizations, or individuals for achieving a period of time without any accidents or incidents in the workplace.

PT Adis Dimension Footwear  received Zero Accident  Award from the Ministry of labor Indonesia for its consistent excellent performance in the Zero Accident.

PT Adis Dimension Footwear in 2024 No work-related accidents resulting in lost work hours have occurred, with a total of 37,251,125 work hours recorded.


HSE Committee Award

HSE Committe Award is a form of appreciation given to companies or organizations that have successfully implemented Occupational Health and Safety (K3) programs properly.  

PT Adis Dimension Footwear received Zero Accident Award from the Banten provincial government for its consistent excellent implemented Occupational Health and Safety (K3) programs properly..

ROSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents), a UK-based charity and organization dedicated to promoting safety and preventing accidents across various sectors, including workplace safety, transportation, home, and leisure activities.

HIV/AIDS AWARD

PT Adis Dimension Footwear has been awarded the Platinum Category HIV/AIDS Award by the Minister of Manpower Indonesia in recognition of the company's outstanding implementation of HIV/AIDS programs in the workplace.

This award aims to appreciate the company's commitment in creating a work environment that cares about HIV/AIDS issues, as well as providing support for infected employees to work productively without stigma or discrimination.

IN DECEMBER 2024

Given to individuals who have demonstrated dedication, innovation, and high commitment in promoting and enhancing workplace safety. Their efforts to educate others about the importance of safety and promote good safety practices. 

Blood Donation 86th

PT Adis Dimension Footwear held a Regularly Blood Donation 86th . The total participants attending the blood donation were around 70 participants. This agenda is in collaboration with Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Tangerang Regency. Overall, blood donation activities are very important in supporting public health and creating a strong network of solidarity in helping those in need. All blood donor participants were very enthusiastic and happy to participate in this activity.

CSR Award from the Regent of Tangerang

PT Adis Dimension Footwear received the CSR Award from the Regent of Tangerang, recognizing its consistency and contributions to social and environmental programs in Tangerang Regency. This award strengthens IA commitment to continue contributing to community welfare
