PT Adis Dimension Footwear is committed to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) by implementing Policies and Golden Rules of Safety. These initiatives ensure a safe and healthy work environment, minimizing risks and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

SAFETY GOLDEN RULES

PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, safety is our top priority. To ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, we implement Safety Golden Rules as fundamental principles that must be followed at all times. These rules serve as a guideline for maintaining workplace safety, preventing accidents, and fostering a strong safety culture.

Our Safety Golden Rules include:
1. Report HAZARDS and INCIDENTS.
   a)If you see any hazards, report to your team leader, such as obstacles in the pathway,
      materials not safely stacked, shelfs/machines not stable, falling objects, materials on          the floor has risk of tripping, a hole in the pathway etc.
   b)If you see any incident, report to your team leader, such as someone fall down, or hurt
      by machine/materials/tools, or working not following SOP
   c)If you see chemicals in drinking bottles/sups/mineral water bottles to, please report to
      your leaders.
2. Use PPE correctly.
    a)Chemical exposure operators wear carbon mask, such as operator at screen printing,
       mixing room, chemical warehouse
    b)Dust exposure operators wear dust mask, such as grinding/buffing/skiving
    c)Noise exposure operators wear earplug or muff, such as hammering, cutting board
       room, IP & Rubber hot press, rolling, screen washing
3. Always follow SAFETY PROTOCOLS and obtain a PERMIT before work.
    a)Need to get work permit for: Hot work (welding), confined spaces operation, working
       at height
    b)All group Type A machines operators shall be trained, assessed and obtain safety
       pass before initial assignment.
4. Ask for approval to remove SAFETY DEVICES.
    a)Machine guarding always in use, in good condition, such as sewing machine eye-
       shield, finger guard, hot melt roll auto guarding, guarding of machine moving parts,
       infrared.
    b)DONOT remove or disable any guardings without approval.
    c)If the machine guarding not function, inform your team leader immediately, team
       leader to call maintenance team for repairing.
5. Use EMERGENCY STOP DEVICES and ask professional for support during an
     emergency.
    a)DONOT hang ID cards, rubber bands, or anything on the machine emergency button.
    b)When there’s an emergency, hit the button to stop the machine.
    c)Daily check and test the function of emergency button before work, if not function
       well, inform your team leader.
6. Drive safely, NO MOBILE when mobile.
    a)Wear seat belt and helmet when drive forklift
    b)DONOT use/watch your cellphone while driving
7. Always keep clear EMERGENCY ROUTE.
   DONOT put racks, boxes, machines, buckets or anything on the evacuation route.
8. Ask for approval to enter RESTRICTED AREA and HOT WORK.
    Without permission, DONOT enter confined spaces, loading/unloading area, power       
    house, chemical warehouse.
9. Provide LOCKOUT and TAGOUT for an electricity and a mechanical isolation.
    a)When your machine not function, DONOT fix it yourself, please inform your team
        leader
    b)Only maintenance team can repair the machines
    c)When repair machines or equipment which has electricity, maintenance team must
       lockout and tagout.
   d)Only workers who install locks and tags can remove them.
10. Attend EMERGENCY DRILLS and SAFETY TRAINING.
     a)Factory conduct emergency drills once a year, all employees from all shifts shall
        participate.
     b)When your team leader/WSF/HSE team conduct safety topic training, please attend
         the training.
