In the process of manufacturing sports shoes, PT. Adis Dimension Footwear is fully committed to continuously improving quality to meet customer expectations while also focusing on energy conservation and addressing all impacts on the environment, occupational health, and workplace safety of its employees.

PT. Adis Dimension Footwear is committed to implementing a Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Energy Management System (QHSSE) based on the following principles:

1. Complying with legal regulations, buyer requirements, and other
    applicable requirements related to Quality, Occupational Health &
    Safety (OHS), Environment, and Energy.

2. Implementing the Total Quality Management (TQM) program, which
    includes Quality Feedback (QF), Quality Project (QP), Quality Circle
    (QC), and Suggestion System (SS), focusing on Quality, Cost,
    Delivery,Safety, and Environmental (QSDSME) aspects.

3. Prioritizing occupational health and safety, including the prevention
    of fires, workplace accidents, and occupational diseases for all
    employees, visitors, suppliers, and business partners.

4. Reducing energy consumption by 1% from the 2024 baseline, striving
    to prevent and control environmental pollution, and conserving
    natural resources.

5. Providing training and other relevant information on quality, OHS,
    environment, and energy to all employees.

6. Ensuring protection and support for employees with special needs.

7. Continuously evaluating and improving performance in quality, OHS,
    environment, and energy.

8. Supporting the procurement of energy-efficient goods and services
    as well as sustainable design practices. 

9. Encouraging stakeholders to consider environmental, health, and
    safety aspects in their activities.

10.Taking into account characteristics, scale, and impacts when setting
     work plans and strategic plans for environmental, energy, and OHS
     aspects.
