To strengthen collaboration between companies in implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) as well as the Labor Management System, HQ Shoetown Group conducts regular audits. These audits serve not only as an evaluation process but also as a way to align standards, ensure compliance, and foster continuous improvement across all factories. The audit is carried out through workplace observations, document reviews, and employee interviews.
The audit was conducted successfully, and several identified areas for potential improvement have already been addressed and followed up accordingly.
After receiving Olympian-level validation from MicroBenefit in 2022, IA conducted an Internal Mini Safety Perception Survey for all employee. This activity aimed to understand employees’ perceptions of workplace safety culture and to identify areas that require improvement. Ultimately, this will help reduce workplace accidents and improve overall safety performance.
The survey consisted of 25 positive and negative questions covering aspects of leadership, management systems, and employee behavior. A total of 95.7% of employees participated in the survey and provided us with constructive feedback.
On September 04, 2025, A visit from PT. UMK is a company engaged in the production of local shoes, located in Bogor. As part of their OHS commitment, they visited our factory to learn about the implementation of occupational health and safety management systems, electrical safety, fire safety management, waste management, and chemical management practices currently in place.
During the visit, they had the opportunity to engage in discussions with our management team and operational staff, as well as conduct direct observations in several production areas. These discussions covered best practices, common challenges, and strategies for continuous improvement in creating a safe and healthy work environment.
Through this visit, PT. UMK hopes to gain new insights that can be applied within their company, both in strengthening human resource capacity and in enhancing supporting safety facilities.
On July 02, 2025, In commemoration of the 79th anniversary of the Indonesian National Police (Polri), the company served as the host for a health service event organized in collaboration with KSPSI. The program included general health check-ups, eye examinations, the distribution of free eyeglasses, and a blood donation drive.
As part of the company’s social responsibility, a CSR activity was carried out in Sentul Village on July 16, 2025, with the theme of community empowerment and capacity building. The program included educational sessions covering three main topics: family financial management, fire hazard prevention and mitigation, and first aid training. Through interactive sessions and live demonstrations, participants were equipped with practical knowledge applicable to daily life, aimed at improving safety, economic resilience, and preparedness in emergency situations. On July 21–24, 2025, an integrated surveillance audit was conducted by a third party (Sucofindo), covering the standards of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), as well as the implementation of SMK3 in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012. The audit aimed to assess the conformity and effectiveness of the management system implementation within the company, through a comprehensive approach including document review, field observation, and interviews with relevant personnel
In an effort to support public health, particularly for pregnant women and toddlers, PT Adis Dimension Footwear organized a CSR Social Service Program focusing on Health Education and the Distribution of Vitamins and Nutritional Supplements for Toddlers and Pregnant Women.
This activity was held on April 30, 2025, at Posyandu Bunga Bakung II, Kampung Kabembem RW 002, Balaraja Subdistrict, Balaraja District, with a total of 141 beneficiaries (131 toddlers and 10 pregnant women).

The assessment of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) requirements by the third party, PT LOTOTO Indonesia, was conducted on January 8, 2025, to ensure that the company’s hazardous energy control system has been effectively implemented and complies with workplace safety standards. This assessment aimed to identify potential risks arising from hazardous energy sources in machinery, equipment, or electrical installations and to evaluate whether the existing procedures are sufficient to protect workers from accidents.
During the assessment, the third party conducted a comprehensive analysis of the implemented LOTO system, covering policies, procedures, and the locking devices used. The evaluation also included compliance with workplace safety regulations or other applicable standards. If any procedural discrepancies were identified, the third party provided recommendations for improvements to enhance the effectiveness of LOTO implementation.
Additionally, the assessment focused on employees' level of understanding and awareness in executing LOTO procedures. Ensuring that workers are well-trained and knowledgeable about LOTO is crucial in preventing accidents caused by the unintended release of hazardous energy.
Through this assessment, the company reaffirmed its commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention, ensuring that the LOTO system functions optimally in protecting employees from hazardous energy-related risks.
