We conducted benchmarking activities at the Honda Training Centre to broaden our experience and adopt best practices. Through this program, we learned safe motorcycle riding techniques and gained a proper understanding of traffic regulations. This initiative is also part of our commitment to strengthening the safety culture within our organization.
We have visited the Honda Training Centre five times. In the 5th batch, we invited the PIC RSC to participate in this activity. With the involvement of the PIC RSC, we hope that the knowledge gained can be shared with other employees.
As part of the commemoration of the 2026 National Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Month and in an effort to strengthen the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) culture, the Company organized a series of safety campaign activities involving all employees. The program began with a Safety Leadership Quiz, held from 12–15 January, in the form of an interactive quiz offering vouchers as rewards for employees who successfully answered questions posed by management. This activity served not only as an OHS campaign, but also as a reminder of the importance of implementing safe work practices to create a comfortable, productive, and safe working environment.
Subsequently, the Company conducted a OHS campaign week from 19–23 January, which involved the simultaneous dissemination of occupational health and safety information across all work areas. Over the course of one week, five Occupational Health and Safety topics were delivered directly by area leaders, accompanied by the RSC Department, with the aim of enhancing employees’ understanding and awareness of safe work practices.
The series of activities concluded with the OHS Message Tree, held on 27–28 January, during which employees actively participated by writing safety messages that were then placed on a wish tree located in the canteen area. This activity symbolized a shared commitment to building and strengthening a sustainable OHS culture
On Jan 13, 2026, PT Adis Dimension Footwear held a Regularly Blood Donation 92th . The total participants attending the blood donation were around 77 participants. This agenda is in collaboration with Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Tangerang Regency.
Overall, blood donation activities are very important in supporting public health and creating a strong network of solidarity in helping those in need. All blood donor participants were very enthusiastic and happy to participate in this activity.
The number of Workplace Safety Facilitators reached 2.68% in January 2026. In addition, we have started incorporating mental health topics into the WSF training program, so that the Workplace Safety Facilitators will play a significant role in disseminating the Mental Health TTT program.
The HIV/AIDS campaign aims to increase employees’ awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention and reduce stigma toward people living with HIV/AIDS. The activities include the distribution and wearing of red ribbons as a symbol of care, solidarity, and support in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
In addition, an HIV/AIDS knowledge quiz is conducted to enhance participants’ understanding of transmission methods, prevention, and the importance of early testing. Through this campaign, employees are expected to gain better awareness and develop a more caring attitude toward HIV/AIDS issues
The HIV/AIDS seminar was organized as a strategic initiative to enhance knowledge and awareness of HIV/AIDS in collaboration with Ciputra Hospital. The event aimed to provide accurate, comprehensive, and medically based education on HIV/AIDS, covering fundamental concepts, modes of transmission, prevention strategies, as well as the importance of early detection and treatment.
The materials were delivered by medical professionals from Ciputra Hospital, enabling participants to gain a thorough understanding while fostering an objective and inclusive mindset by reducing stigma and discrimination toward people living with HIV/AIDS. The seminar was also designed as an interactive discussion forum to encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles and increase awareness of HIV/AIDS-related issues.
In commemoration of National Women’s Day 2025, PT Adis Dimension
Footwear conducted a series of staff activities from December 22–26, 2025,
aimed at appreciating women employees, promoting gender equality, and
strengthening an inclusive workplace culture.
On December 22, 2025, an appreciation activity was held for women
employees through the distribution of gifts and inspirational messages, using a
pink-themed concept as a symbol of togetherness and commitment to
eliminating gender stereotypes.
“Tangkap Inspiring Women” activity, conducted from December 22–26, 2025,
involved surprise visits across company areas to recognize female employees
who inspire others and contribute positively to their work environments.
A Self-Defense Workshop was also conducted on December 22, 2025, in
collaboration with the Tangerang City Police Department, equipping
participants with basic self-protection skills and awareness of harassment and
violence risks.
Additionally, a Financial Talkshow for Family was held on December 23, 2025,
attended by 100 participants, focusing on practical strategies for managing
family finances.
These activities reflect PT Adis Dimension Footwear’s commitment to women
empowerment, equality, and employee well-being.

On Aug 4 2025, the company held a Kaizen Competition as part of the RSC Event 2025, focusing on the themes of waste, energy, and water. This activity aimed to foster a culture of continuous improvement as well as the implementation of efficiency and environmental awareness across all areas of work.
Various departmental teams presented their innovations, ranging from waste reduction and energy savings to more efficient water management. In addition to delivering tangible impacts such as cost efficiency and improved productivity, the competition also raised employee awareness of the importance of sustainability.
The event concluded with the announcement of the winning teams, whose innovations were recognized as the most impactful and considered suitable for replication in other units.
The Gender Equity Ambassador Program is designed to develop individuals who strengthen awareness of gender equity, serve as role models in promoting inclusivity, and help address bias while inspiring diverse talent.
In 2025, the program brought together 28 representatives from 15 departments. Over the course of one month, participants engaged in a series of activities, including awareness training on gender equity, public speaking workshops, a Gender Equity Talkshow, and concluded with a Final Q&A session before the judges.
Following the evaluation, Ekaranda Kurniawan (Human Capital) and Fatimah Nurfitriani (Standardization) were selected as the PT Adis Gender Equity Ambassadors 2025.
On August 6, 2025, a seminar was held with the theme “Pollution and Industrial Waste Management” featuring a guest speaker from PT. Pokphand, one of the leading industry. This event aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge of environmental pollution issues, particularly those arising from industrial activities, as well as the control measures that can be implemented in accordance with regulations and best practices in the field.
In his presentation, the speaker explained that industrial waste—whether in the form of liquid, solid, or gas—can cause serious environmental impacts if not properly managed. Some of the risks discussed included water pollution, deterioration of air quality, and health problems for nearby communities.

The activities began with the Kahoot Quiz for World Breastfeeding Week 2025 held on August 6, 2025. Through this fun and interactive format, participants tested their knowledge about breastfeeding, maternal health, and the importance of workplace support for breastfeeding mothers.
The excitement continued with the Men Care About Breastfeeding Competition, a unique contest highlighting the crucial role of men—especially fathers—in supporting the success of breastfeeding.
The highlight of the event took place on August 14, 2025, with the Lactation Talkshow featuring speakers from Ciputra Hospital and the PT Adis Dimension Footwear Breastfeeding Ambassadors. On August 27, 2025, PT Adis Dimension Footwear held its 90th Regular Blood Donation event. This activity was attended by approximately 63 participants and was carried out in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Tangerang Regency.
Overall, the blood donation activity plays an important role in supporting public health and building a strong network of solidarity to help those in need. All participants were very enthusiastic and happy to take part in this event.
In addition to the blood donation, a free eye examination was also conducted in collaboration with “Optik Ready”. This program aimed to provide eye health services for employees, ranging from visual acuity tests to direct eye health consultations. Through this program, it is expected that employees will be more aware of their eye health and be able to prevent vision problems at an early stage.
As part of the company's commitment to supporting employee health and well-being, a health consultation program was conducted during July 2025 in collaboration with partner hospitals, namely Metro Hospital and Hermina Hospital. On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, a health seminar entitled “Prevention and Control of Hypertension” was held by PT Adis Dimension Footwear in collaboration with RSIA Selaras, taking place at the Pre Hall Room and attended by approximately 60 participants representing various departments. The objective of this activity was to enhance employees' understanding of hypertension as one of the major non-communicable diseases that poses a high risk to heart health, stroke, and kidney failure, while also promoting the adoption of a healthy lifestyle in the workplace. The seminar featured Dr. Amelia Minarfah S. as the keynote speaker, who delivered a presentation on risk factors, long-term impacts, early detection, and preventive measures for hypertension through proper dietary management, physical activity, and stress control.
