“Little Doctor” First Aid Training At SMPN 4 Balaraja

CERIA School is a community development program with a social and educational focus, designed to support schools in achieving the Adiwiyata award, with the goal of creating a clean, healthy, and environmentally conscious learning environment. This program is a collaborative effort within the Responsible Supply Chain (RSC), involving the Energy Carbon, Environmental Sustainability (ES), Health & Safety, and Labor & Community Development departments, in partnership with SMPN 4 Balaraja and the Tangerang District Education Office. On December 15, 2025, the program continued with a "Little Doctor" first aid training conduct by the Health & Safety team at PT Adis Dimension Footwear. PT Adis also provided school health facilities, including a health center bed, stretcher, first aid kit, weighing scale, thermometer, first aid bag, electric fan, and 20 school supplies. This initiative aims to strengthen students' awareness of health and safety while supporting a safe and healthy school environment.

Emergency Action Refresh Training 
in collaboration with the Tangerang Regency Disaster Management Agency – BPBD

The company conducted a Refresh Training on Emergency Action covering fire response, earthquake preparedness, and SCBA usage, in collaboration with the Tangerang Regency Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). Through this brief yet intensive training, participants gained essential knowledge on emergency response procedures, fire-extinguishing techniques, earthquake evacuation, and proper SCBA operation. Accompanied by hands-on simulations, the activity aimed to enhance participants’ preparedness, coordination skills, and practical abilities in handling emergency situations in the workplace.

"Supplementary food, vitamins distribution, and health education on 1000 HPK, KEK, and HIV/AIDS prevention for pregnant women and toddlers"

CSR Health Social Service Program for Pregnant Women and Toddlers was carried out by PT Adis Dimension Footwear on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Posyandu Bunga Bakung VI, Kampung Baru RT 003/004, Balaraja, involving a total of 105 beneficiaries and participants, including 101 babies and toddlers and 4 pregnant women. The program aimed to improve community awareness of child and maternal nutrition and included the distribution of additional food and vitamins, along with a health education session delivered by the PT Adis Clinic Team, Health & Safety Team, and Puskesmas Balaraja, covering topics such as the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK), Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK), and HIV/AIDS prevention. The initiative also provided facility support for Posyandu, including folding tables, plastic chairs, a fan, a blood pressure monitor, and a weighing scale, and concluded with goodie bags, snacks, and appreciation packages for Posyandu cadres, reflecting PT Adis’s commitment to supporting community health and well-being.

SLCP VERIFICATION
SLCP Onsite Verification held on 13-17 November with ICG as verifier body.

This is the 6th SLCP verification for IA to show IA commitment in Sustainability especially the implementation of Labor and Health & Safety. From the verification, we ensure that all the operations running in factory are comply with NIKE CLS and Government Standard. Within this 5 days, verifier check all document related with Labor and Health& Safety, conduct factory tour and do interview with representative employee choose by verifier.
As result, IA has comply with Government standard and NIKE CLS, although there is some room for improvement that already follow up by IA. We are share the final report to NIKE and waiting final rating from NIKE.
